Returns
We don't currently offer returns. (Yet)
We’re a small, sustainable business, and every item we create is one of a kind. Because of this, we’re not able to offer returns at this stage. Here’s why:
- Mindful shopping – We encourage you to shop slowly and intentionally, so each purchase is something you truly love and will use, rather than a quick "panic buy."
- Sustainability – Returns often mean extra shipping, repackaging, and waste. By limiting them, we reduce our environmental footprint.
- Small team, big impact – With a tiny team, managing returns would add a lot of extra time and cost. This would directly affect our cash flow and make it harder for us to keep our products ethical and fairly priced.
- One-of-a-kind pieces – Every item is unique. Reselling returned products takes significant time and resources, which for us means diverting energy away from creating and growing sustainably.
We’re so grateful for your support and understanding. By making thoughtful choices, you’re helping us stay true to our values and continue offering beautiful, ethical products.
