As a small business crafting bespoke and individualised items, each creation is made with meticulous attention to detail, reflecting the artistry and dedication of our skilled artisans. Given the nature of our products, we want to explain why we do not offer refunds:

1. Customization and Uniqueness:

  • Our items are often customized or made to order, tailored to your specific preferences. Due to the unique nature of these creations, they may not be suitable for resale to another customer. Refunding customized items is challenging as they are crafted with personalization in mind.

2. Artisanal Craftsmanship:

  • Our products are handcrafted with care, and the craftsmanship involved in creating each piece is a testament to our commitment to quality. This process often involves significant time and resources, making it impractical for us to offer refunds on items that have undergone this labor-intensive process.

3. Limited Stock and Exclusivity:

  • Many of our items are one of a kind or produced in limited quantities, contributing to their exclusivity. Offering refunds may not align with the limited availability of our products, as it could impact the overall availability for other customers.

4. Transparency in Product Descriptions:

  • We strive to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions, including measurements, materials, and photographs, to give you a clear understanding of what to expect. We encourage customers to review these details carefully before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction. We even offer a rental option if you want to try before you buy.

  • While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to providing excellent customer service. We will do our best to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.

If you have any issues with you item you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at 8ballcustomvintage@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 149c Neville Rd, Upton Park, London E7 9QS

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
