Domestic Shipping:

International Shipping:

  • We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • 8 Ball Custom Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
